What is Wilma?

Wilma is the web interface for the student administration program Primus. This Wilma license is owned by Axxell Utbildning Ab.

• For students: In Wilma a student can register for courses, check grades, read announcements and communicate with faculty, usually teachers.

• For teachers: In Wilma a teacher can grade students, register absences and update personal information. The Teacher can also communicate with students and guardians.

• For guardians: A student’s guardian can review and clear absences, communicate with teachers via internal electronic communication, and read school announcements.

• Wilma is also used by school personnel, administration, workplace instructors and persons working with student healthcare.

How to sign in

• Axxell students, teachers and staff and healthcare personnel sign in by clicking the button “Students and staff – Log in here”. Signing in usually does not require the user to supply their credentials if they are already signed in to Axxell services and if not the user is redirected to a sign-in page.

• Student guardians sign in to Wilma services by supplying their personal username and password information in the appropriate fields to the right of this page and clicking the “Log in” -button.

Reset a forgotten password

• Students, teachers and staff and healthcare personnel can change a forgotten password via the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) -portal, given the user has previously supplied us with an alternative e-mail address for password reset.

• Guardians who know their username can change their password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” -link to the right of this page.

In cases where the login fails and a password reset is not possible, students and guardians may contact their student affairs office while others may contact Axxells Primus support.
